Cooking Suggestions

Thaw slowly in the refrigerator — hot-water thawing ruins the texture. Boil, steam, grill, pan-fry, stir-fry or drop them into a seafood hot pot, cooking until the flesh turns opaque white. Grilled with garlic butter they are outstanding, and deep-fried they make an easy party appetiser.

Storage

Keep continuously frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze once fully thawed. Reseal the bag after opening to prevent freezer burn and use soon after defrosting.
